“As part of the “Seminar Series” within our MSc in Shipping Management program, we had the pleasure to welcome Professor Athanasios Platias and Professor Konstantina Botsiou for a two-day seminar titled “Geopolitical Competition, Leadership & Alliances: Geopolitics of Energy”, held on October 31st and November 7th.
The seminar offered our students an in-depth exploration of the crucial relationship between geopolitics and the global shipping and energy sectors. Drawing on their academic expertise, Professors Platias and Botsiou provided valuable insights into the complex interplay of energy politics, international alliances, and leadership dynamics.
